Co-Founder / Business Manager
Jason Childress is the COO and co-founder of Curo Financial. He launched Curo Financial Management in June of 1998 along with a former business partner. He began his career at Ernst & Young, and then joined Starstruck Entertainment where he gained the industry knowledge to help launch Curo over 25 years ago. Since 1998, Jason has been a trusted financial adviser for recording artists, record companies and producers across all genres of music. He is also passionate about racial, social and economic justice and has chaired multiple non-profit organizations who serve to achieve these goals.
Vision for serving clients... An integrated boutique business management model where most of the services and hands-on oversight are provided by a few high-level individuals who have the experience, commitment, and vast knowledge of the industry. He seeks to provide a level of service and communication that differs from other business managers.
When not actively managing finances... Jason enjoys the gym, the golf course or just hanging out with family and friends. He loves the West and often can be found in the Tetons, hiking, fly-fishing or skiing.
Partner / Business Manager
Jennifer Fox has been with Curo Financial since 2006 upon graduating from Belmont University. She has worked with clients in various segments of the entertainment industry, from artists, songwriters, and producers to record labels, publishing companies, and merchandise enterprises. She is very detail-oriented and enjoys being able to help her clients reach their financial goals and feel a sense of financial security.
Vision for serving clients... To use her attention to detail and preciseness in her work to help clients feel at ease in regard to their finances. Her aim is to build strong and enduring relationships with clients that allow them to create long-term financial goals and then help them achieve those goals.
When not actively managing finances... Jennifer can be found cheering on the Nashville Predators and Nashville SC…or relaxing in a hammock with a book.
Partner / Business Manager
Caleb See is a business manager and partner of Curo Financial. His career in business management started upon graduating from the University of Tennessee, and he has diligently served clients of all genres and sizes since 2011. He is passionate about walking alongside his clients and identifying their specific financial goals, knowing there is no one size that fits all to achieving financial independence. He currently serves on the board as treasurer of The Huff Project, a non-profit whose purpose is to raise funding for lung cancer research.
Vision for serving clients... To incorporate a wholistic approach to financial management, providing both business and personal financial strategies to ensure that all aspects of our clients’ financial goals are being met.
When not actively managing finances... Caleb can be found coaching Little League baseball, playing the guitar, and cheering on the Tennessee Titans.
Business Manager
Chris Clark is a business manager at Curo Financial. He joined the Curo team for the first time as an intern during college. After finishing his accounting degree, Chris went into public accounting for a year before finding his way back to Curo. Since then, Chris has worked with clients of various sizes across several genres to help them achieve their financial goals.
Vision for serving clients... A relationship marked by strong communication, trust, and a commitment to a common goal. He works to take a holistic approach to each client’s financial life, from budgeting tours to assisting in buying a home.
When not actively managing finances... Chris enjoys going to see live music, cooking, and watching Premier League football. He also loves to walk, run, or bike along Lake Michigan’s lake front trail.
Director of Taxation
Gerry Wolf is the Director of Taxation of Curo Financial. He began his career in public accounting in both compliance and taxation. After completing his MBA, he went on to serve in a variety of management positions in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Gerry joined the Curo team 10 years ago and he directs all facets of tax preparation work for clients.
Vision for serving clients... Meeting the demands of compliance with ever-changing tax laws in a way that most benefits our clients. And doing so in a manner consistent with his core values such as a commitment to quality, integrity, and continuous improvement.
When not actively overseeing tax work... You may find Gerry taking in a Nashville Predators game, enjoying the Nashville Symphony, sharing a meal with friends, or taking in some of the beauty of nature.
